despite the pool being nice, it was quite small with absolutely no music or bar service, which was just shocking, the bed was so uncomfortable that I almost couldn't sleep, and don't even get me started on the missing cold water and coffee machine, like, I expected at least some basic amenities. sorry, but I just couldn’t recommend this place.

During my stay, I encountered several issues that negatively impacted my experience. First, the room was not properly cleaned, and I found it quite messy upon arrival. Additionally, the breakfast service was disappointing. the food was not fresh, and when I tried to request certain items, I did not receive what I ordered. The lack of communication regarding lift usage also added to my frustrations.

The Sky Classic Room was super spacious and comfy. Loved lounging by the poolside snack bar, but the food in room service wasn’t really up to par. Plus, some staff seemed a bit detached at times. All in all, a nice getaway and a good base to explore from.

The Al Khoory Sky Garden offered comfortable rooms with excellent amenities, including easy access to important business venues such as Port Rashid. The breakfast options were impressive, providing a diverse range of cuisines that catered to different tastes. The hotel’s proximity to art galleries and cultural attractions allowed for convenient exploration of the vibrant neighborhood during my visit.

However, the pool area felt cramped at times, and there was a noticeable lack of bar service, which diminished relaxation opportunities. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were varied but could benefit from more frequent replenishment, as some items ran out during peak hours.

My stay was incredible! The room was spacious and clean, but what really stood out was the service from Sayma at the front desk. She was always there to help and had this warm smile that really made us feel at home. And how could I forget Jasmine? Her coffee in the mornings was a game changer for our waking up routine! !

One standout was Flordelyn, a staff member who was incredibly accommodating and attentive to all guests. The hotel was also conveniently located near the art galleries and cultural attractions, making it easy to explore the vibrant neighborhood. Additionally, the steam bath and Jacuzzi pool added a relaxing aspect to the experience.

Great customer service helped find my lost clothing. Room was a bit cramped.
